The VMC-850 vertical machining center adopts a vertical frame layout, with columns fixed on the bed body. The spindle box moves up and down along the columns (Z direction), the slide seat moves longitudinally along the bed body (Y direction), and the workbench moves laterally along the slide seat (X direction). The bed body, workbench, slide seat, column, spindle box, and other large components are all made of resin sand castings, and have undergone two aging treatments to eliminate stress, resulting in good stability and high strength, Ensuring the stability of long-term accuracy of machine tools provides a guarantee for the stability of machine tool performance. These large components are optimized using Soldworks and Ansys designs to improve the rigidity and stability of both the components and the entire machine, effectively suppressing the deformation and vibration of the machine tool caused by cutting forces.

 

This machine tool is a high-performance CNC vertical machining center independently developed and manufactured by our company. This machine has the characteristics of high stiffness, high speed, and high precision, and has advantages in operation and performance compared to similar products. All castings of this machine have undergone secondary tempering, providing good rigidity and stability for the entire machine. The machine adopts a high stiffness C design in structure and is also reinforced on the machine ribs. All contact surfaces are manually scraped to ensure durability of accuracy. The X/Y axis adopts two types of rolling guides: ball bearings and roller guides, which can be selected by customers according to their needs. The Z-axis adopts a roller guide rail, which gives the machine the characteristics of high stiffness, low noise, and small friction. This machine is equipped with an air storage tank, and water can be manually discharged. The spindle is directly connected, with a maximum speed of up to 10000RPM, making it an ideal choice for efficient processing of complex parts.
